Crafty Paper Bees Charity Workshop
You are personally invited to the Crafty Paper Bees 2017 Charity Christmas Card Making Workshop on 7th October 2017 at the Salisbury Community Bowls Club, 27 Ainsworth Street, Salisbury, QLD. This is truly going to be a wonderful day full of crafting fun, whilst we make a difference. This event is the highlight of the yearly calendar for our team. Over the past three years, we have raised nearly $10000 which has been donated directly to the event charity.
This workshop is proudly supporting Multiple Sclerosis Queensland who work tirelessly to raise funds to support more than 23000 Australians living with multiple sclerosis. You probably know someone who has been affected – I certainly do. Fundraising raffle tickets will be available for purchase.
What is MS
MS is the most common disease of the central nervous system and strikes young Australians in the prime of their lives. The average ages of diagnosis are just under 30 and there is no known cause or cure. MS affects three times as many women as men. Your donation will go directly towards a wide range of programs and services that help improve their quality of life. Some of these services simply would not be possible without the support of people like you.
There are 16 projects all up including cards, packaging, tags, and decorations. The kit is exclusive to the Crafty Paper Bees. These projects have been designed for both the experienced crafter and the beginner crafter in mind. A basic kit will be required. Additional adhesives will be available for purchase on the day.
$70 entry includes unique all-inclusive project kit including new release Christmas photopolymer stamp set and full-size ink pad; morning tea; lots and lots of prizes; and demonstrations throughout the day. But it really includes so much more – the opportunity to have fun with like-minded ladies whilst making a difference.
Lunch available for purchase from the club.
All proceeds arising from the day will be donated directly to MS Queensland (Multiple Sclerosis) as sponsorship of Madeline Wright, participating in the Moonlight Walk. If you cannot make it on the day but would still like to support Madeline, you can donate quickly and securely online by clicking on this link.
RSVP and prepayment required by 23 September to ensure your exclusive kit is prepared for you. Contact me for my Direct Debit details.
