Easy Easter Cross Pop-Up Easel Card:

I don’t send many Easter cards but I couldn’t resist this design.

This is your weekly FREE online class that can be found on my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. I have designed a fun fold Easter card, just in time for Easter. And whilst it may look complicated, it actually is an easy card to recreate. And to make it even easier, I have shared a YouTube video. Check out the link below.

You are going to want to make this card – an Easter Pop-Up Easel Card. This is one of those cards that you make for someone special in your life – who puts your cards on display and points out your card to everyone who enters the room.

I know Easter Cross Pop-Up Easel Card sounds like a mouthful, but luckily it is easier to make than say. Remember I am renowned for ‘making creativity easy’. And you don’t need any special supplies other than cardstock, patterned paper, and your Stampin’ Trimmer. This is another STASH BUSTER project. All the supplies I use on this card are available from my online store.

I selected the just-released Delicate Dreams Specialty Designer Series Paper. It is an Online Exclusive, meaning that it is not found in a Stampin’ Up! catalogue. All the products that I have used can be found in my online store.

Cardstock Measurements Easter Cross Pop-Up Easel Card:

Cross Base:

• Basic White C/S: 5 x 5-1/4”, scored at 1”; 1-7/8”; 3-1/8” and 4”

Vertical layers:

• Crumb Cake C/S: 5-1/8” x 1-1/8”
• Delicate Dreams DSP:  5” x 1”
• Two pieces of Crumb Cake C/S:  5-1/8” x 7/8”
• Two pieces of Delicate Dreams DSP:  5” x 3/4”

Horizontal layer front sentiment:

• Basic White C/S: 3-1/8 x 1-1/4”
• Crumb Cake C/S: 3 x 1-1/8”
• Delicate Dreams DSP: 2-7/8 x 1”

Card Base on the back:

• Crumb Cake C/S: 5-1/2 x 3-1/2”
• Basic White C/S: 3-1/4 x 2-1/2” (sentiment piece on back of card)
• Crumb Cake C/S: 11 x 3-1/2”, scored 5-1/2” and 2-3/4” (easel card base)

Front Easel Layers for sentiment:

• Crumb Cake C/S: 3-1/4 x 2-1/2”
• Basic White C/S: 3-1/8 x 2-1/8”
