Is it possible to create 20 lovely Handmade Cards in 80 minutes?
Yes, it is ….. if you use the right products.
As you may know, I had a couple of accidents in 2021 and had been out of crafting for most of the year. So I was unable to make any Christmas cards but decided for 2022, New Years cards would be perfect. But they needed to be relatively simple.
Hand-Penned Memories & More Card Pack teamed with the coordinating Cards and Envelopes proved to be the ideal solution.
Hand-Penned Memories & More Card Pack
I think these are the best value products ($17.50 AU) in the entire Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue. They allow you to simplify your card making and scrapbooking. You’ll get 50 double-sided printed cards that are perfect to layer, chop, and stamp birthdays, weddings or even just springtime Handmade Cards. The card pack also includes 4 sheets of stickers to embellish your projects.
The cards come in two sizes – 3″ x 4″ (7.6 x 10.2 cm) and 4″ x 6″ (10.2 x 15.2 cm). Some of my favourite Stampin’ Up! colours are featured – Basic Black, Blushing Bride, Cinnamon Cider, Daffodil Delight, Garden Green, Highland Heather, Mint Macaron, Misty Moonlight, Pale Papaya and Pool Party.
Hand-Penned Memories & More Cards & Envelopes
Just adhere the cards from Card Pack to the Hand-Penned Memories & More Cards. The pack includes designed printed cards and envelopes for an overall cohesive look. This pack includes 20 cards and 20 envelopes, with the folded card size: 6-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ (15.9 x 10.8 cm) in Basic Black, Garden Green, Pale Papaya and Pool Party.
I tried not to spend lots of time designing the cards as everything just coordinated to make it super easy. On a couple of the Handmade Cards, I did use some of the Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper as a background. Some of the black and white images were coloured with Stampin’ Blends. There were some cards left over that I will divert to other projects.
The envelopes are gorgeous with the contrasting flap on the back. (Sadly, no photo included).
