Repeat, repeat, repeat:
I needed a quick and easy card for my team’s monthly challenge and so I resorted to an ‘oldy but a goody’ that will not date. You probably have seen me using this design before, especially when I am short of time. Why this design? Because it works with so many different stamp sets, dies, most Designer Series Papers (patterned papers) and embossing folders. But more importantly, it is just super quick and easy, only minimal supplies are required and scraps work perfectly. I picked out the first stamp set from my stash that I could lay my hands on and it was the Dragonfly Garden Stamp Set and it worked perfectly.
I challenge you to make your own version of this card. It is suitable for all levels – from a beginner to the avid stamper as it can be stepped up if you wish. Have fun. Let me know in the comments below whether you made your own version of this card.
Dragonfly Garden Stamp Set Card Details:
Card Base Coastal Cabana C/S 8-1/4″ x 5-1/2″
Three pieces Basic White C/S 1-1/2″ x 2-3/4″ plus scrap piece for the sentiment
Three pieces Basic Black C/S 1-5/8″ x 2-7/8″

Versamark Ink, Memento Black Ink, Pool Party Blends Combo
Brushed Brass Butterfly Embellishments
Linen Thread
Instructions:
Score card base at 4-1/8″, then fold in half. Stamp in Versamark the dragonfly image onto the front section of the card base. Set aside.
Stamp your floral image on each of the three Basic White C/S pieces in Memento Black. Colour your image with Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Combo. Add Brass Butterflies embellishments.
Adhere each of the three Basic White C/S pieces to the Basic Black C/S. Using Stampin’ Dimensionals, adhere to the card base.
Stamp sentiment on the scrap Basic White Piece. Using Stampin’ Dimensionals, adhere to the card base.
