Crafty Paper Bees

Ever thought about becoming a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator? Check out this live session I hosted with Christine Josti from near Boston in the US.

Christine Josti and I recently hosted a live Q&A, where we shared what we know about joining Stampin’ Up!—and why we think it could be the best decision for any crafter. If you missed it, don’t worry! You can still catch the replay and hear all about:

✨ Our personal stories—why we joined Stampin’ Up! and what we’ve gained along the way
✨ The amazing perks, from discounts and early product access to a supportive crafting community
✨ How to fit Stampin’ Up! into your life, whether you’re a casual crafter or ready to build a business
✨ Honest answers to your questions about being a demonstrator
✨ And why Christine and I might just be the team leaders you’ve been looking for!

The Crafty Paper Bees are my team of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators.  We would love for you to become part of it. I don’t just sign you up – I support you with coaching and support, resources and anything else you need to get started. You choose how you run your business, no classes, classes, online, just you … there is no pressure on you for sales (but there is a minimum requirement per quarter to stay active).

We have a Crafty Paper Bees Facebook Group Page where we share tips and tricks, inspiration, creative ideas and so much more.  I host a regular team meeting once a month (2nd Tuesday of the month 7-9pm) where we get to stamp, chat and share our passion.  We also discuss how you can get the most out of being a demonstrator your way.  As a demonstrator, your achievements, be they big or small, are recognised.

We also host team events such as fundraisers (raised over $8000), team crafting days and social events – because being a demonstrator is all about enjoying what we do whilst we make a difference.

The Crafty Paper Bees is consistently growing as a team but we are not that big that you will become lost or feel left out.  It is made up of business demonstrators, smart shoppers, and hobbyists.  Everyone is welcome, both male and female, creative geniuses and beginner crafters, old or young (or somewhere in between)… you get the idea.  And I am actively growing my team at the moment.

Stampin’ Up! is my fulltime job and I make my team members a priority.  My commitment to my team members:

  • Consistent support and training
  • Recognition of team achievements
  • Regular team events, meetings and training
  • Accessible to provide timely advice and support
  • Lead by example
  • Consistent compliance with Stampin’ Up! principles and values
  • Support to be the demonstrator you want to be.

I am so glad I chose you as my leader. There certainly isn’t a problem with the distance. Love our group of talented ladies.  Chris

And Ann thank-you for all your help, guidance and leadership this year, looking forward to next year!  Astrid

You rock Ann!  Your time and sage advice is always valuable to me! Along with your friendship.  Yesterday’s session has helped me to understand HOW to go about achieving the goals I was only “thinking” about. Now they are written down and witnessed! And, I have a plan as to how to go about achieving them.  You are a great leader and astute in your Business savvy.  Kellie
