Global Stampers Favourite Sale-a-Bration Product March Blog Hop – Springtime Foils Specialty DSP

I get asked all the time which is my favourite FREEBIE from the Sale-a-Bration catalogue.  Up until the second Sale-a-Bration (SAB) release late last month, it was the Party Pandas stamp set – but not anymore.  I love the versatility of the 12″ x 12″ Springtime Foils Designer Series Paper (DSP).  You can do so much with it and each technique is ‘easy peasy’….  So when this month’s Global Stampers blog hop came around, it was easy to pick my favourite SAB product and to design projects that would WOW!   Well, I hope they do anyway ….

Card Measurements for all four featured cards

I won’t be including a full tutorial for these cards as they will be featured on Facebook Live.  Each of these card bases and layers are standard – check out my hand guide, Making Creativity Easy – Greeting Card Cutout Guide. 

Card bases: 8-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ or 21 cm x 14 cm

Layer 1: 4″ x 5-3/8″ or 10 cm x 13.6 cm

Layer 2: (Springtime Foils): 3-3/4″ x 5-1/8″ or 9.4 cm x 13 cm I increased the border on this layer so that the silver foil cardstock layer would be more visible.

The Springtime Foil squares were die cut using the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies.
