Crafty Party
On Saturday, I hosted my team of demonstrators, known as the Crafty Paper Bees, for a Crafty Party. This is an all-day event where we get to chat, have fun and craft all day with others who are just as passionate as we are, whilst enjoying some good food. We created six projects featuring new products from 2016-17 Stampin’ Up! Annual catalogue. Everyone received a decorated goodie bag (CASE from Debbie Blake) which included some sweeties and a new stamp set.
These get togethers of demonstrators are a great opportunity to share creative ideas, get to know each other even more, and to create in a supportive atmosphere. It is also an opportunity to demonstrate a project to your peers which can sometimes be a little daunting but great for your confidence. I am truly blessed to have a fabulous team.
Our Projects
We created this gorgeous sampler featuring the new Flourishing Phrases and Moroccan Nights Stamp Sets. I will be posting separately in relation to this project in the next couple of days.
Astrid Bealing designed an amazing endless card featuring Foxy Friends Stamp Set and coordinating punch. This was my favourite project of the day. More information in relation to this project can be found on Astrid’s blog. She has also released a short YouTube video featuring this card.
We also created these bags and boxes, led by another team member Kellie. These opportunities to present are important to all team members.
We also celebrated some of the team members’ milestones.
Why are our teams so important?
Demonstrator teams share inspiration, train together, support each other and share resources. And we become close friends
Would you like to become a Crafty Paper Bee?
An opportunity to join my team of demonstrators (and it is a great team) currently exists and then you too can attend our next Crafty Party. And there is a pretty special offer for the month of July.
