The new 2016-17 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue is finally here

There has been a lot of buzz around the release of the new catalogue.  When I first looked at it, it was easy to pick my favourites – but there were so many that I loved.  But as always I wondered whether you would like all the new products – well, I need not have worried.  Everyone has loved the fabulous new offerings.  I have placed my first order and it is ‘chock a block’ full of Stampin’ Up! products that I can’t wait to share with you.  The new 2016-17 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue is an absolute winner.

My top five picks – new Stamp Sets

I found this category pretty hard as I had so many.  As I limited this post to my top five, Swirly Bird p. 152 (#14174), Painter’s Palette p. 119 (#141910) and Jar of Love p. 75 (#142342) Stamp Sets just missed out but I know I will be featuring them throughout the Stampin’ Up! year.

The Baby Bear Stamp Set p. 61 was the first stamp set from the new 2016-17 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue that caught my eye.  It is a lot more versatile than it looks – I think there may be a Christmas Bear in there…..

Foxy Friends p. 57 (has a coordinating punch) can just about be any four-legged creature including a cat – I can’t see me using it too often as a fox but as a cat – yep!  And perhaps there is a Christmas card in this set as well.

The Flourishing Phrases Bundle p. 49 is an elegant intricate stamp set with matching Thinlits.  If you love floral cards, you will just have to have this bundle.

The Floral Suite which features the Floral Phrases Bundle p. 77  is unlike anything that I have seen from Stampin’ Up! before. I will be using this suite to create framed artwork and elegant boxed stationery sets (class to be scheduled for later in June).
