New Stampin’ Up! In-Color Peekaboo Peach
I finally found the time to have a bit of a play with my goodies from the new Stampin’ Up! 2016-17 Annual Catalogue, which will be released to the public on 1 June. Tonight is the Crafty Paper Bees Team Meeting and I hadn’t started any of my swaps. And of course, I wanted to use my new products….
Last night in bed (when I should have been sleeping) I came up with a design for using the Painter’s Palette Stamp Set. Of course, I couldn’t remember the details when I woke up this morning. So today I had to start from scratch. I decided to feature one of the new In-Colors, Peekaboo Peach – what a delicious name for a colour.
Painter’s Palette Stamp Set by Stampin’ Up!
Oh so many new products – this card features the new Painter’s Palette Stamp Set. It has an easel image which I turned into a picture frame. It also has a very cute little pin tack that I can see lots of uses for. I used the new Layering Squares Framelit Dies and the new Foam Adhesive Strips (which I have fallen in love with) to give the ‘picture frame’ some pop. These strips are a brand new adhesive, closely related to Stampin’ Dimensionals but come in handy long thin strips. Love, love, love them. It made this job so easy. Can’t wait to use them on shakers cards as well.
I also decorated inside the card to give it a bit of punch.
