Details for this Merry Mice Christmas card

The card on the left was water-coloured using our Aqua Painters.  I have used the Holly Textured Impressions Embossing Folder for the background (my favourite for this Christmas).  The colours used for the colouring were Smokey Slate, Soft Sky, Emerald Envy (my new ‘favourite’ colour), Mint Macaron, Real Red and Sahara Sand.

The card on the right was coloured with Stampin’ Write Markers.  The colour is so vivid and it blended surprisingly well.  The colours used for the colouring were Smokey Slate, Soft Sky, Emerald Envy (my new ‘favourite’ colour), Mint Macaron, Real Red and Night of Navy.  The DSP background paper (Fancy Frost Specialty) was coloured with clear Wink of Stella (just random embossed sections).  In real life it looks amazing – the photo did not capture the sparkle, sadly.  The dots background on the oval diecut was stamped in Smokey Slate using the stamp from the Merriest Wishes Stamp Set – I love this background stamp and have used it lots.
