This card holder is probably my favourite project (ever?????) and is a combined CASE of projects by Di Barnes and Patty Bennett. I fell in love when I first saw the card holder and it never fails to impress – a decorated folder with four notecards and envelopes. It is in line with the KISS principle – Keep It Simple Stamper. In this case SIMPLE is pretty impressive. The project is suitable for stampers of all levels and makes a wonderful gift. You will also receive a tutorial sheet so that you can repeat this project over and over (which I know you will want to). And even after you have used all the cards, the holder has other uses for gift giving photos, gift cards or even a special letter. It is my ‘go-to’ project when I need that something special as a gift. It uses only one sheet of 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper and some co-ordinating scraps (as well as the notecards). We will be using Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper from the Sale-a-Bration Catalogue – each project will feature a different design of your choice (subject to availability) from the collection.
As it is a favourite, I thought I should share it with you at my March Better than Hallmark Creative Class, which is next Friday 11 March (this class was rescheduled due to the Charity Day). There are two sessions 10am-12md and 7-9pm (cost $15) at my in-home workshop, Salisbury Brisbane. Would love to have you come along – bring a friend who has not attended one of my classes before and you will receive a gift. RSVP by Wednesday 9 March.
What to bring:
This would also be a super project for an in-home workshop hosted by you and attended by your friends. Would love to come along and demonstrate this project and I know all your friends will love creating it as well. Don’t forget there are Sale-a-Bration hostess incentives up until the end of March and March is nearly booked out for me, so book your timeslot by contacting me now. Don’t miss out.
